Beautiful medium size fruit with the skin of deep red over a deep reddish orange background. Inside the flesh is golden with a touch of spice flavour. Ripens mid-season before Fantasia. Great for jams and can be eaten crisp (But why would you? Better to wait until they are melt in your mouth ripe).
